The seedlings have risen to the surface within two weeks of sowing. Leaves have been damaged by fleas.
The cobs ripens in July. Field has a lot of field macaws.

Canasta – recycling fertilisation test
The experiment monitors the effect of recycled fertilizer on the crop and to enhance the effect of fertilizer with Combooster – an activation solution. Two field-scale test areas were established two lines which have different amount of fertilizer.

From experimental areas to observation weekly leaf green (SPAD), density of twigs, number of side shoots, height of vegetation, rich pcs/m2 and pests. The amount of leafy green varied more in the control area than in the treated experimental areas. The amount of leafy green was at its highest in all areas at the end of July but decreased faster in the treated experimental areas in August.

Samples were harvested from a distance of 100m from the experimental plots, and with the width of the harvester’s cutting table being 5m, a harvest was obtained from an area of 500m2. In the experimental area, where the Fertilex fertilization level was 60 kgN/ha, the yield was 191 kg, which corresponds to a yield of 6367 kg per hectare. In the experimental area, where the fertilization level was 30 kgN/ha, the yield was slightly lower at 190.5 kg, which corresponds to a yield of 6350 kg per hectare. The yield of the experimental area fertilized with sludge manure alone was 151.5 kg, which corresponds to a yield of 5050 kg per hectare. Based on the results, the best yield was obtained with Fertilex 6-1-2 fertilization and cattle slurry, although there was no big difference between the Fertilex treatments.
